White Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

1 ½ cups melted but
3 cups granulated sugar
1 tbsp. real vanilla extract
2 tbsp. almond extract
2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tbsp. chocolate extract
5 eggs
¾ cup Hershey’s chocolate syrup
2 cups all-purpose flour 
⅔ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
12-oz. pkg. white chocolate chips, divided use
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flavorings, syrup, baking powder and salt with an electric mixer until combined.
  2. Add flour, cocoa and 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips and stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
  3. Spray a 9×13” baking dish with cooking spray or butter it.
  4. Add brownie batter.
  5. Bake at 350° approximately 50-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Melt ½ cup white chocolate chips over low heat.
  8. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and milk.
  9. Whisk to combine.
  10. Drizzle icing over top of cooled brownies.
