Pasta with Red Pepper Sauce
This delicious pasta will keep you wanting more! It’s perfect for vegetarians too! For vegan toppings, try beans of vegetables. 🙂 I personally love melted cheese on the top!
Ingredients:
6 medium red sweet peppers, chopped, or two 12-ounce jars roasted red sweet peppers, drained
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup water
2/3 cup loosely packed snipped fresh basil or 2 tablespoons dried basil, crushed
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons Lemon/lime juice
8 ounces hot cooked whole wheat or regular pasta, such as penne, cavatelli, or tortellini

Deep Fried Oreos
Deep fried Oreos are absolutely perfect in every way! That is, if you get the batter, coating and frying right. Don’t worry: they’re delightfully easy and disappear super-quick! Eat them before they turn cold, and feel the outer part crunch, the filling melt on your tongue and the biscuit disappear down your throat! 
Ingredients:
FRYING:
vegetable oil
BATTER:
1 large egg
1 cup milk
2/3 tsp vegetable oil
2/3 tbsp sugar
A pinch of salt
1-2/3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
COOKIES:
10-15 Oreo Biscuits

1 shot of cold espresso coffee or 30ml/1fl oz strong black coffee
200ml full-fat milk
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 ice cubes
1 small brownie or chocolate chip cookie
